Travel to The Jewish Museum (on your own)
Thursday August 21, 2025 8:00am - 9:00am EDT
Transportation to the Jewish Museum (TJM):

Uber/Lyft or a taxi is the easiest and most efficient way to arrive at TJM. Plenty of cabs are available in front of the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. The fare will be approximately $45.00 (it can vary based on traffic conditions, etc.). The approximate travel time is 30 minutes.

Subway — leave the Sheraton, turn right on 7th Avenue to 55th Street, and take the Q Train only (Yellow Line) five stops going uptown towards 96th Street and 2nd Avenue. Then, take a 15-minute walk going west (towards Central Park) on 96th Street, then a left onto 5th Avenue down three blocks to 92nd Street to the Jewish Museum. The approximate travel time is 45 minutes.

The subway offers "tap to pay" services. You tap your contactless-enabled credit card at the turnstile and can then enter the subway platform.
